Looks like the rumors were true. The new PW game is infact not Ace Attorney 5 but a spin off game staring Edgeworth and Gumshoe.

Kristoph was an evil defense attorney and I don't think that Hammond was all that nice from the little we heard about him.

I guess so. At any rate, Klavier and Edgeworth have proved that prosecutors are good people, so it should be okay.
